This is a spacious and comfortable corner bedroom with 3 windows and a beautiful view. The room comes furnished with a full size bed, a work desk with a chair, a built-in closet, dresser, and shelves. The apartment is on the fifth floor of a typical NYC prewar walk-up apartment building. The location is wonderful and hard to beat! The building is on a very pretty quiet street lined with brownstones. It is just 4 blocks away both from the Clinton-Washington stop (C) and the Franklin Ave stop (C/S), a 10 minute walk from both Clinton-Washington and Classon G train stops, and a 5 minute walk or a 7 minute bike ride to Atlantic Ave/Barclays Center transit hub and Nostrand Ave LIRR. Citi Bike station is located two blocks away from the building. A decent supermarket, a wine store, and a laundromat are three blocks away. There are tons of cute bars and restaurants within walking distance, with Smor and Hartleys right around the corner. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk from Pratt. It is about 15 minute walk from Ft. Greene Park and Prospect Park. The price of the sublet is $1200, all utilities included. A security deposit of $300 and full payment are required prior to moving in. I will pay the security deposit back immediately upon my return to NYC on November 1 and inspecting the room. The roommates are a man and a woman in their early 30ies, not a couple. They are friendly new yorrkers with busy schedules, one working in film production and the second one is a dance teacher. They may have guests for dinner/drinks once in a while, but mostly the apartment is very quiet and is our place to rest. I have a super sweet and intelligent cat Zoe, she will be staying in the apartment while I am away. She is the only pet allowed, unfortunately. I do not do virtual tours, I am sorry, -- I want to be able to meet you in person prior to offering you space in our home.
