Long or short term rental available starting October 1st in a vintage restored Airstream. Coco is nestled in the foothills of the Sierras on our quiet and private 4 acre property. Easy access to the 49 to town. Coco the Airstream is fully furnished with a kitchen and bathroom. Brand new marmoleum flooring. There is one full-ish size bed that sleeps two comfortably in the bedroom area. Rent includes water, electricity, WiFi, and black tank service. Tenant is responsible for propane. We have very clean well water, and the grey water from the airstream goes right into the ground so we are looking for someone that will use biodegradable soaps. Garden space is also available. We are located about 10 minutes to Grass Valley. Coco the Airstream shares the property with a private family of four humans, and 2 dogs in a house at the top of the hill. There is another RV on the property with full time RVrs that stay part of the year on another RV pad on the property. Coco is private and there is ample private outdoor space as well. We are looking for short term or long term month to month renter starting in October. This is ideal for one person, but two people could be considered. $500 deposit, pets welcomed with additional deposit. First and last month required, but payment plans accepted.
