Join the Charger Water Treatment Products team as a Warehouse Manager and play a critical role in our operations in the heart of our logistics team in Elgin, IL! Your primary focus will be ensuring that all warehouse activities are executed efficiently, from receiving to assembling to delivering our water treatment products to our valued customers. You will lead a skilled team of warehouse staff, optimize processes, and contribute to our commitment to quality service and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming products Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular audits and effective inventory management practices. Implement and maintain efficient logistical processes and systems within the warehouse. Facilitate training and development for warehouse personnel, promoting a safe and productive work environment. Ensure and implement best practices for workplace safety. Assemble our water treatment products Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and logistics efficiently. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or a related supervisory role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and logistics. Experience leading and managing a team, with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in using warehouse management software and tools. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Forklift certification is a plus. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm Benefits $20/hour. Monday-Friday, Fulltime plus overtime.
