Job Description: As Production Supervisor responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Supporting the Plant Manager in overseeing daily operations • Coordinate with department heads – production, quality, logistics • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements • Help manage productions schedules and resource allocation, supervising and mentoring team leaders and hourly staff • Participate in audits, inspections, and safety programs • Act as Plant Manager in their absence – maintaining continuity in the operations and leadership. Experience • 5+ years of progressive experience in welding, fabrication, and manufacturing operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervising role. • Proven track record of supporting plant operations • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams of 20+ employees in a fast-paced production environment • Experience in managing production schedules, labor planning, and resource allocation • Strong understanding of quality control systems, regulatory compliance ( OSHA, EPA, ISO, ect.) • Ability to act as liaison between upper management and production staff to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment. • Be able to read blueprints MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN INCLUDING THC Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental Insurance • Health Insurance • Life Insurance • Paid Time Off • Vision Insurance Schedule • 8 Hour shift • Day Shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Pay: $35.oo +Experience
