As a member of the Operations Team, you are responsible for system assembly, testing, packaging, material movements and technical support for our custom computer systems. On an average day, you'll... Flex and support all functions within Operations: Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Tech Support. Assemble, validate and brand systems in a consistent manner to meet company and customer quality standards. Label and pack systems based on quality standards. Hold self and team members accountable in a constructive manner to maintain productivity and achieve established goals. Collaborate with other teams to continuously improve the efficiency of our production processes. Support the testing and validation of new products for hardware, mechanical & software compatibility to ensure they meet our high quality standards. You have a flexible approach to support the business based on Operational needs. You have strong knowledge of computers and related components as well as working knowledge of current software applications and programs. You have completed a technical/vocational high school education program and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or relevant work experience in a related field (strongly preferred). Key Responsibilities Production, Processing and Manufacturing Oversight • Lead and manage thermal spray production operations to ensure timely delivery, consistent quality, and cost efficiency. • Develop and maintain production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Maintenance and Reliability • Supervise Thermal Spray operations facility and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life. • Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Continuous Improvement & Quality • Work with quality management systems and corrective actions to reduce defects and rework. • Support standardizing processes, documentation, and best practices throughout thermal operations. Qualifications • Strongly prefer leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in technically demanding environments. • Experience and strong abilities to troubleshoot, install and maintain industrial equipment including air Compressors, dust collectors, motors, and a willingness to trouble shoot thermal coating equipment. • Strong understanding of facilities electrical and plumbing installation and maintenance. • Strong technical understanding of surface treatments, paints, or precision finishing processes, or similar processes required. • Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred • Detail-oriented, honest, transparent and resourceful. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering degree is preferred but not required. This is an onsite, full-time role that is a core part of our maintenance team, supporting our manufacturing and production operations. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and Repair: You will diagnose, test, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment.
