We’re currently looking for a Production Team Member for a wonderful company that has been in their industry for over 25 years. This position is located in the fantastic city of Buellton, CA, and is a full-time opportunity. The schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Some weekend and OT work will be required when necessary, and the pay rate for this position is $18 to $20 an hour (DOE). **This position requires a background check and drug test** Duties & Responsibilities: Participate in the handling, formulation, and production of raw ingredients and finished products. Work to ensure compliance with all regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Organize and maintain supplies and equipment, and help maintain a clean and sanitary facility by participating in cleaning protocols. Maintain accurate records, including production schedules, maintenance, cleaning, and inventory. Operate major equipment for the manufacturing and in-house transportation of dietary supplements and raw ingredients. Communicate well with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and effective production process. Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and equipment and facilities are operated safely and correctly. Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a positive, willing attitude and work well within a group. Must have the ability to stoop, bend and safely lift reasonable amounts of weight, and spend significant portions of your workday on your feet. Must be able to work a regular 40-hour week with scheduled overtime, including some evening/weekend shifts. Desired Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in assembly of complex mechanical / electrical systems with preference to small team / startup environments. Experience working with delicate spacecraft hardware, especially wire harnessing and moving mechanical assemblies. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment.
