We are looking for a reliable shop hand to assist in our steel fabrication shop. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to learn the trade while supporting our fabrication team. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication. Utilize templates, fixtures, and clamps to align parts for quality production. Conduct preventative maintenance on welding equipment. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in robotic welding and programming. Proficiency in MIG welding and manual welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Experience operating forklifts, power tools, and overhead cranes. Strong math skills for measurements and calculations. Proficient in accurate reading of measurements -standard and metric.
