Familiarity with various optical testing equipment, including interferometers and spectrometers. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a standing position for extended periods. Production Supervisor - Chemical Manufacturing (Rotating Shift)
