Location: Los Angeles, California (On-Site Only) Company: IMPAK Corporation IMPAK Corporation is currently seeking a full-time, on-site Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily operational functions of our warehouse facility in Los Angeles, California. This is a critical, high-responsibility role that demands a capable, experienced, and hands-on leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, set the standard, and enforce results. The person selected for this role will be held fully accountable for warehouse output, staff performance, inventory accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. If you are seeking a passive or desk-only position, this is not the job for you. This supervisory role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $79k to $100k determined by background, capability, and proven track record. The Warehouse Supervisor must be legally authorized to work in the United States, with no exceptions. In addition, the individual must be fully willing and able to travel when needed to our sister facility in Sebastian, Florida, or to any other company-assigned location for training, cross-branch support, or operational alignment. Travel is not frequent but it is required, and the candidate must be open to this from day one. The selected Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the physical movement of goods, enforcing internal processes, maintaining strict safety standards, and delivering daily results with precision and accountability. Role Summary and Expectations This position requires a leader, not a monitor, not a clerk, and not someone who needs constant direction. The Warehouse Supervisor will be expected to actively manage all day-to- day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, staging, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and the direct supervision of warehouse personnel. This is a 100% on-site role, and remote or hybrid work is not permitted under any circumstances. Your physical presence in the warehouse is mandatory, and your leadership will be measured by the output, speed, accuracy, and discipline of your team. The individual in this role must demonstrate a strong understanding of warehouse flow, inventory systems, safety compliance, and performance-based leadership. The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to identify operational issues and fix them, not point fingers or rely on others to take action. If something is off, it is your job to correct it and ensure it doesn’t happen again. The Supervisor will be expected to work cross-functionally with other departments including Production, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics. If something is wrong in shipping, the Supervisor must speak up. If the inventory is inaccurate, the Supervisor must take action. If someone on the team is not pulling their weight or following safety protocols, the Supervisor must address it immediately and document it. There is no room for passive management in this role. Responsibilities The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse activity and personnel. This includes receiving inbound shipments, verifying materials, and ensuring that items are accurately logged and properly stored in the designated inventory system. will ensure that outbound shipments are prepared accurately, labeled correctly, and sent out on time. Delays must be documented, prevented, and reported to management with a clear action plan. will assign, adjust, and supervise the daily tasks of all warehouse associates. will also be responsible for conducting team huddles, addressing underperformance, training new hires, and managing attendance, timecards, and breaks in alignment with company policy. will monitor the warehouse’s physical layout and storage organization to ensure optimal flow of materials. Poor layout, improper staging, or inefficient systems are to be corrected, and those corrections must be reported to senior management. is responsible for the condition and operation of all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and packaging equipment. Any mechanical issues must be reported and resolved with urgency. is responsible for enforcing strict adherence to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations. If safety is compromised, the Supervisor is held accountable. is expected to manage inventory accuracy at all times. Regular cycle counts must be scheduled and completed. Discrepancies in inventory must be investigated thoroughly and corrected promptly. must work in collaboration with other departments to ensure that order deadlines, rush jobs, and special handling requests are completed exactly as promised. Poor communication is not an excuse, the Supervisor must follow up, verify instructions, and escalate concerns before problems arise. is required to use SAGE, our internal ERP software, to manage orders, inventory, and warehouse reporting. If the candidate is unfamiliar with SAGE, full training will be provided. However, the individual must be comfortable using computers, entering data accurately, navigating inventory platforms, and completing tasks with minimal technical supervision. must monitor all employee attendance, ensuring that timekeeping is accurate, breaks are observed, and patterns of absenteeism or tardiness are documented and reported. The Supervisor will be expected to communicate directly with HR and upper management regarding disciplinary matters. must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Minimum Qualifications The candidate must: have a minimum of three to five years of proven experience supervising a warehouse in a manufacturing, production, logistics, or distribution environment. have a clear working knowledge of safety standards, physical inventory processes, and managing teams under pressure. be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems. If not familiar with SAGE, they must be willing to complete onboarding training and demonstrate proficiency quickly. be legally authorized to work in the United States, with no visa sponsorship available. A background check will be conducted prior to hire. be fully willing to travel to our Sebastian, Florida branch or other locations upon request. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred and will be considered a strong asset in this role. Experience working in FDA-regulated, ISO-compliant, or military/aerospace environments is advantageous but not required. Prior forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory. Certification will be required upon hire. Experience with vacuum sealing, moisture-sensitive products, or flexible packaging environments is considered a bonus. Compensation and Benefits This is a salaried position, and the starting pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and overall value brought to the company. Overtime will be paid in accordance with California labor law. Pay rate and bonus structure will be discussed during the interview process.
