The ideal candidate will operate CNC and manual machines to produce precision parts for aerospace applications.: Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machinery. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files. Perform precision machining to meet AS9100 quality standards. Inspect parts using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers). Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of AS9100 standards and aerospace tolerances. Strong understanding of GD&T and technical drawings. The Materials Management Director for Valencia County Hospital will report directly to the facility CFO and have dotted line reporting to the CHC Supply Chain Regional Director. This role is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of all supply chain activities within the facility. About Valencia County Hospital: Local and state leaders broke ground on the new facility in November 2024 off the main I-25 Los Lunas exit. Construction will take a year and a half to build out the facility, which will eventually be run by a partnership between Community Hospital Corporation and Lovelace Health Systems. The hospital will have its own emergency department and two operating rooms, along with 11 in-patient rooms for overnight stays. Patients will have access to MRIs, X-rays, and a pharmacy. This role ensures efficient and cost-effective procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment, while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing patient care. The Director will drive process improvements, manage vendor relationships, leverage Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts to maximize savings and standardization, and collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to achieve organizational goals. This role will also be instrumental in establishing and optimizing supply chain operations within a start-up environment. Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Lead and manage all facility Supply Chain operations activities, ensuring efficient and effective workflows, with a focus on optimizing GPO contract utilization. Coordinate, manage, and evaluate facility Supply Chain personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Build and maintain strategic working relationships with facility and corporate executives to provide expert consultation on supply concerns, emphasizing GPO contract adherence and savings opportunities.
