Parallel Employment is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team and contribute to warehouse operations for a client in the Fort Atkinson area. The Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and storing incoming materials, ensuring that products are organized and accessible for production and shipping. Shift: 6a-2:30pm (hours may vary) Wage: $18-$20/hr DOE Material Handler Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Sort and store materials in designated locations within the warehouse. Pull orders and prepare items for shipment or production processes. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory counts. Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety regulations. Requirements Material Handler Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling position preferred. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
