What you'll do: Provide excellent customer service: Greet customers warmly, offer assistance, and help them find the perfect card or gift. Process sales: Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions with a smile. Maintain the shop: Keep the store clean, tidy, and beautifully merchandised, ensuring our products are always presented at their best. Manage inventory: Help with receiving, organizing, and restocking products. Creative tasks: Assist with creating displays, and other fun, creative projects.

Henderson Books in downtown Bellingham needs a friendly, reliable and knowledgeable person for a full-time position. Bookselling experience is not necessary but prior retail experience is helpful. Lots of experience as a reader of books is a must. Employees must have the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Employees must be able and willing to climb tall ladders (carefully and safely). Shift available is Wednesday thru Sunday (38 hrs). This job is not appropriate for current students and the hours are not negotiable.
