We are a local, family-owned company seeking experienced industrial custodian to keep us clean and tidy. Overview We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. Responsibilities: Performs general, routine custodial duties in office and industrial plant. Fan Clutches – Diagnose, remove, rebuild and reinstallation, as necessary. • Power Steering Systems - Diagnose, adjust, and repair, as necessary. • Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems – Diagnose, remove, rebuild, reinstallation, and adjustment, as necessary. Brake certified. • Clutches – Diagnose, remove and reinstallation, as necessary. • PTO Systems – Installation of PTO System and related hydraulic components.
