FireBoard Labs, a Kansas City technology startup, is looking for an Electronics Assembler - Level 1 associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position - no prior electronics experience is required. We will provide training to help you succeed. Manufacturing activities include assembly, testing, quality checks, and packaging. We make a special effort to ensure all products are carefully inspected and functioning as required before shipping. Responsibilities: • Perform basic assembly tasks quickly and efficiently with training provided • Work with small parts and follow clear instructions • Help prepare finished products for shipment • Keep your work area clean and organized • Support team members in different areas of production Key qualifications: • Able to work with purpose and maintain a steady pace • Detail-oriented and able to follow directions • Comfortable working with your hands and small pieces • Dependable and punctual • Willing to learn and take on new tasks • No prior experience needed, training will be provided We’re a fast-paced but fun company with a collaborative culture.
