WHO YOU ARE (MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus). Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally within the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical sectors, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role (Sr. Director or higher). Strong background in operational excellence, quality control, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced or startup environment. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and regulatory standards. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
