About the Role We are seeking an experienced Controls Technician to join a leading manufacturing company with a strong market presence and positive work culture. In this role, you will be involved in cell design, controls integration, and installation of automated equipment. You will build PLC panels, program them, and ensure proper system startup. This position is hands-on, requiring expertise in PLC programming, ladder logic troubleshooting, panel building, and automation systems. Key Responsibilities Participate in cell design and integration of controls for automated equipment. Build, wire, and program PLC panels. Configure, test, operate, and maintain production control systems. Troubleshoot ladder logic, PLCs, and electrical systems. Perform maintenance and servicing of controls and automated systems. Integrate safety circuits into equipment. Support robotic systems as needed. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Requirements Requirements 6+ years of related controls/automation experience (preferred). Strong PLC programming experience. Proficiency in ladder logic troubleshooting. Hands-on experience in panel building and electrical systems. Exposure to robotic systems. Experience with safety circuit integration. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
