Talent Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Fulfillment Associate to join our client’s team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role is critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through timely processing and shipping of products. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and label products accurately based on customer orders. Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet specifications and are in excellent condition. Ensure that all orders are processed efficiently within established timelines. Assist in inventory management, including performing stock counts and reporting discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals and improve operational processes. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude towards work. English speaking with basic Spanish for conversing Basic understanding of the Shopify backend for order pulling.
