Job Summary: The PJ Company Ambassador serves as the face of the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel program within Costco Warehouses. This role involves engaging with customers to promote our products and services, generating quality leads, and fostering strong customer relationships. The Company Ambassador will also collaborate with the Home Improvement Consultant (HIC) and Channel Sales Manager to maximize the visibility of our offerings and enhance the overall customer experience. Primary Responsibilities: Engagement with warehouse members to introduce them to the JBR program. Qualifying leads and scheduling free in-home consultations. Providing accurate product information and assistance to customers. Setting up and dismantling promotional displays and maintaining the selling center. Ensuring promotional materials and literature are up-to-date and available. Participating in road shows and home shows to increase brand awareness. Performing other duties as assigned by management. Pay: $35,360.00 - $70,000.00 per year (including bonuses) #PJFITZ2025 Requirements Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to work in the United States. Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal communication abilities. Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
