As a Sustainable Food Sales Rep, you'll be the face of our farm-to-table movement in the Willamette Valley. Your mission? Spread the word, grow our community, and share the joy of fresh, organic food. What You’ll Be Doing: Inspire Action: Connect with individuals through canvassing and fun events to introduce them to Full Circle’s fresh produce delivery service. Tell Our Story: Educate your neighbors on sustainable farming, organic practices, and the benefits of eating seasonally. Grow the Movement: Build relationships, answer questions, and help people join the farm-to-table lifestyle. Crush Goals: Hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly signup targets with the support of an upbeat, mission-driven team. What We’re Looking For: 🌎 Eco-minded & Purpose-driven – You're passionate about sustainability and ready to be part of a movement. 💬 People Person – You're outgoing, great at starting conversations, and genuinely enjoy connecting with others. 💼 Sales Savvy (or Ready to Learn) – Experience is a plus, but if you're coachable and motivated, we’ll train you! 🚗 Independent Go-Getter – You’re reliable, driven, and thrive working in the field with minimal supervision.
