We are an AWS Advanced Services Partner, and specialize in cloud-native application development, application modernization, cloud managed services, cloud migration, and big data and analytics. The Cloud Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving new qualified leads and initiating the sales cycle. The primary focus is to source leads and manage the pipeline of cloud opportunities for new customers. Candidates need to be motivated, organized, driven, and have a proven success in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well under pressure while managing and prioritizing multiple sales campaigns at once. This individual has excellent communication and organizational skills, is approachable, proactive, and detail-oriented. Requirements Assist in the curation of lists that target potential customers across various market segments that meet Mindex sales goals. Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying potential customers and generating new leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals. Market research and competition analysis: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to stay ahead in the cloud services market and provide insights for sales strategies. Nurture and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Follow up on leads and perform BANT qualification; hand off qualified leads to Sales Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales strategies. Sales reporting: Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools, and providing regular reports to management, specifically around the number of outbound calls and contacts made.
