The Sales Enablement Partner will be responsible for equipping our commercial teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to perform at their best — from designing impactful training and onboarding programs to building a central knowledge hub and capturing lessons from the field. The role will also play a key part in driving innovation by exploring AI-powered tools that could enhance learning, knowledge sharing, and sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Training & Enablement
Work with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and create role-specific curricula for sales executives and solutions engineers
Interview subject matter experts and turn insights into high-impact training content (videos, slides, playbooks, case studies, etc.)
Own the onboarding for new sales hires - designing the curriculum, selecting delivery formats (live, asynchronous, cohort), and setting certification checkpoints
Run regular workshops and training sessions on topics such as presentation skills, communication, market trends, or competitive positioning
Host “Lunch & Learn” sessions for peer knowledge sharing
Collaborate on performance management processes and track training metrics
Knowledge Management
Build and manage a searchable central knowledge hub for sales content, project learnings, and best practices
Capture lessons from won and lost deals and turn them into reusable assets
Establish content-governance workflows and usage analytics
AI & Tooling
Identify AI use cases such as smart search and retrieval of sales knowledge, call summaries and coaching tips, or adaptative learning paths
Partner with the IT Domain Leader and RevOps leadership to evaluate and roll out AI-powered tools (e.g., conversation intelligence, content recommendation, AI coaching)
Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of AI tools, including training, documentation, and feedback loops
Keep abreast of AI trends in sales enablement and pilot promising solutions
Requirements

5+ years in sales, sales enablement, training, or product marketing
Experience in a company with long, consultative sales cycles, ideally in warehouse automation
Proven ability to design and deliver product-focused sales training programs
Strong analytical mindset and a structured, independent work style
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging and presentations
High initiative, responsibility, empathy, and enthusiasm for developing others
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Passion for digital trends and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sprint Selling), and best practices
Coaching certification or equivalent is a plus
Comfort with travel up to 25%, including occasional international
