We offer a flexible work environment enabling talented individuals to fulfill their development goals through drive, energy, and passion for the customer.   TAT Limco is looking for a Sales Development Manager to grow new business for the company.  This is an informal leadership role focused on boosting sales and forming strategic partnerships.  This role responsible for generating leads and building sales pipelines, ensuring the company is in on track to hit revenue targets by building out the customer base on a thoughtful and sustainable way for the company’s long-term business growth.   Main Responsibilities Co-creates, implements, and leads the company’s new business development strategy Identifies prospective customer network and contacts Builds strategic partnerships with desired customer base and what it takes to get new business Understands the aerospace landscape and makes recommendations on how to get the competitive edge over peers Conducts market research to identify prospective customers and future business opportunities Proposes changes to product and service offerings to improve the customer experience Contacts businesses to initiate strategic partnerships Provides input to help set sales development targets and quotas Creates proposals and quotes for prospective customers Attends events to nurture relationships with industry decision-makers Works with and influences departments such as broader sales team, marketing, accounting, and finance and operations     Key challenges Working in an international, multi-culture environment Develop and implement infrastructure, data basis and standard operating procedures Working in matrix organization to create synergies and alignment between excellence in service approach to the companies' procedures. Create sustainable work methodologies and execute standard operating procedures. Requirements Professional Experience/ Qualifications   10+ years of experience in managing business development Experience within Aerospace industry is a must Sales Force Experience preferred Customer Account Management is a must Experience within MRO service industry preferred Business Development / Inside Sales experience highly preferred Experience hiring and building a team; establishing track record of exceeding targets, KPI’s, etc. Demonstrate ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels Able to adapt and succeed in a changing of culture and behaviors Comfortable working within a matrix organization Must be willing to travel 25%-50% of the time Will consider remote or hybrid work for the right candidate Benefits TAT Technologies Group is dedicated to providing an inclusive, fun, and unique workplace.
