HIRING BONUS available. Sales Specialist – Base Salary plus commission Aksarben Roofing is looking for a full-time Sales Specialist with commercial and residential construction sales experience to join its successful, expanding sales team. This is a work in the field opportunity and available to any qualified US-sales person. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you. As Sales Executive, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development and sales skills. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Ensure monthly and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting clients in your region. Ensure excellent continuous customer service and customer satisfaction through communications during in person meetings, phone conversations, and email correspondence. Maximize opportunities afforded by Aksarben Roofing’s existing clients. Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets. Represent Aksarben Roofing’s Values in all dealings with Clients, Suppliers and Colleagues. Ensure communication and relationships with colleagues is excellent and allows Aksarben Roofing to deliver best in class service. Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Respect, Understanding, Creativity and Professionalism Salary & Benefits: This is a Base salary plus Commission position with a competitive commission structure. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 years’ demonstrable sales success. Ability to communicate via telephone and email. Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings.
