Requirements The Business Development Representative requires a minimum of a High School diploma, bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred and: Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or business development—preferably healthcare-related. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance expectations. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
