IT Services Account Manager (vCIO)  Position Summary:  The vCIO (virtual Chief Information Officer) position is a dynamic, fast-paced mixture of IT consulting, strategizing, and solution recommendations to proactively managed IT clients. vCIO’s are strong at business-to-business relationships, adaptable to work with a variety of clients and industries, and have strong business consulting/sales skills. Drive IT success: fewer IT issues, lower cybersecurity risk, IT solutions that meet their needs and boost their operations and a great experience when working with First Call’s IT services. RESOURCE PROFILE:  Excellent oral & written communication Technical, Business, and Financial acumen Sales Experience IT background with a focus on implementation, consulting and/or design of technologies for businesses ranging from 10 – 500 users, including multi-site environments.
