Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients in the market. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations. Present and explain insurance products and services to clients in a clear and persuasive manner. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the agency management system. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency sales goals and objectives. Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through continuous education and training. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and overcome challenges. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Knowledge of insurance products and the financial services market preferred.
