CANVASSING MANAGER / SUPERVISOR Pay: $25–$30/hr + Team-Based Commission Bonuses Schedule: Full-Time Territory: LA County & Orange County Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 3–5 door-to-door canvassers Train, coach, and hold the team accountable to performance goals Track metrics daily (doors knocked, leads generated, appointments set) Work in the field with the team regularly Communicate progress and issues to senior leadership Who You Are: Experienced in door-to-door, canvassing, or field sales leadership Strong communicator and motivator Organized and results-driven Comfortable with data and tracking KPIs Reliable transportation required 🌟 2.
