Very friendly & sweet, young stray cat looking for a furever home (Coventry)

A very sweet, friendly black stray cat has been hanging around my mom's place. She was a bit skittish of strangers at first, but now loves to be held and pet. She is very vocal and affectionate. Unfortunately my mom's senior cat is not taking to the new house guest and has been peeing all over the house. It is driving my mom crazy. She is very skinny and *VERY* petite. We think she is probably under a year old. She is all black besides a tiny white spot on her chest and under the belly.
