Chorkie Needs Loving Home (South Park)

Cosmo is a 6-year-old small mixed-breed (Chorkie) dog with a big personality and a strong sense of routine. He's spent most of his life in one home. While he's housebroken under consistent supervision, Cosmo is still learning new habits and boundaries, so he'll do best with someone patient and familiar with older dogs who may need continued structure. Cosmo is affectionate, observant, and food-motivated, which makes reinforcement easier-though he's definitely a creature of habit and takes time to adjust to new routines. He's a good fit for someone who understands dogs thoroughly. We're looking for a compassionate adopter who can offer Cosmo patience, structure, and a peaceful environment to thrive in. Basic Info: Age: 6 Weight: 11lbs Not Neutered/Fixed Potty Schedule: Every 3-4 hours. Very calm and loves to cuddle. Loves the outdoors and to go on walks. Will do best with someone who likes to walk, has a designated potty space, or yard! Get's along great with other dogs. (Not sure about other animals) Just needs a loving home and owner. Full medical record available and he is updated on all vaccinations. Delivery available within a 5 - 10 mile radius can be arranged. *I have a dog already and simply cannot handle two pets. I was only supposed to foster Cosmo temporarily until my sister w/cancer got better but it's taken longer than expected. Me nor my other family members can take care of Cosmo so we just want to find him a new and LOVING home!*
