Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Microelectronics Assembler to join our team. As a Microelectronics Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing microelectronic components and products according to specifications. Responsibilities Perform a variety of microchip and wire assembly operations under a microscope. Perform manual die bonding, wire bonding, ribbon bonding, or other clean room operations. Knowledge of automatic wire bonding, automatic die bonding machines, or any automatic electronic assembly equipment is a plus++. This position requires steady hands for handling ultra-miniature parts which may only be visible through a microscope. The applicant must have good eyesight and manual dexterity. Using small hand tools such as tweezers and pin probes under a microscope is required. The ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, operation instructions, and assemble procedures is required. Assist in meeting department production goals and work in a team environment. Most of the work will be performed in a clean room environment. SKILLS:      Good troubleshooting skills with complex microwave assemblies     An understanding of test plans and operating procedures       Computer literate in Word, Excel, and Outlook      Must be attentive to details.     Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members and customers.      Good communication skills, both oral and in written form  Requirements CITIZENSHIP: US Citizenship required EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE: 1- 3 years working as a Micro assembly/Mechanical assembly preferred or related experience Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) $27/hr-$32/hr

You will be working under the direction of Licensed Professional Surveyors.
