Liberty Community Programs is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to help clients improve communication, social skills, daily living skills, and overall quality of life. You will work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions for our clients, primarily focusing on adults. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting assessments, collecting and recording data, and providing direct one-on-one support to clients. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and professional development, ensuring you are well-equipped to support our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: Implement client-specific Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA. Collect and analyze data to monitor the effectiveness of interventions. Provide direct support to clients during therapeutic sessions. Engage clients in skill-building activities to promote independence. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the clinical team. Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in team meetings and consultations to discuss client progress. Contribute to a positive and encouraging team environment. Requirements Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or be actively pursuing it. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Basic computer skills for data collection and documentation. Must be dependable, motivated, and passionate about helping others. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. Ability to adhere to ethical and professional conduct standards. Liberty Behavioral and Community Services, is seeking out driven, talented, and experienced employees searching for a great opportunity to work with developmentally disabled clientele (ages 5-65) on much needed adaptive skills training, which includes but is not limited to independent living skills (personal hygiene goals, laundry/cooking skills, etc.), social skills (navigating and communicating in one’s own environment or in the community, back and forth conversation, social pragmatics, etc.), safety skills (community safety, internet safety, creation of appropriate emergency practices, etc.), financial management (paying bills, creating budgets, etc.), etc. As an employee in Liberty's adaptive skills program, your duties will be to teach adaptive skills to children or adults between the ages of 5 and 65. You will be assigned a workload that may consist of 1:1 client ratio each requiring various hours of servicing per month (20-40+ hours). Employees will be required to set daily/weekly meeting times with the family and ensure adaptive skills training be delivered based on program goals and objectives. You are required to fill out daily activity logs, data sheets, sign in sheets, and compile monthly goal percentages to establish program effectiveness. In addition, this job will require you to travel to a client’s home, work on independent or family goals, and assist with socialization skills, self-care, daily living skills, financial independence, vocational exploration, and social/leisure activities. The opportunity As an Intake Specialist, you’ll work directly with clients to help them access services and resources as they progress through substance use disorder treatment. Most of your time will be spent meeting with clients to complete intakes, identify their individual recovery needs, connecting them to appropriate services and resources, and helping them navigate those resources. You will be expected to develop a relationship with your clients and help develop a needs assessment and care plan that guides them through their recovery journey. You will help outreach and engage and re-engage referred clients, educate about our services and connect them to care. You will also collaborate regularly with the rest of the treatment team, consisting of the medical director, nurse practitioners, and counselors, to provide comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
