Smartsheet Intern, Post-Production $18/hr Day shift/Monday - Friday The Smartsheet Intern is responsible for the creation, enhancement and maintenance of the Smartsheet systems being used in Pixelogic Media’s Scripting & Subtitling department. The Smartsheet Intern will receive an overview of the system used to monitor and track end-to-end production and delivery metrics and will work with managers to expand and streamline the system. RESPONSIBILITIES Update existing trackers and templates for compatibility with the system. Improve the system experience for users. Implement user feedback. Test and provide feedback on new functions and tools within the system. Develop formulae and reports that allow the department to achieve its end goals in improving efficiency and metric tracking. Create any supporting resources designed to assist users in understanding and using the system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the system. Collaborate with end-users as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to quickly learn and understand various localization workflows. Ability to code in Excel or Smartsheets. Experience with Excel. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while part of a greater team. Basic understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Experience in using Metabase is a plus Experience in using Quickbase is a plus. Degree in Data Science, Software Engineering, film and television or business is helpful Recent graduate from college or university, preferred. Commit to 12 weeks internship required.
