Position Title: TBMCS Lab Support Location: Camp Pendleton, CA Position Type: Full-time Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 Security Clearance Requirement: Position requires active security clearance Certification Requirements: CompTIA Security+ Years of Experience: 3-5 years in relevant field Roles and Responsibilities: This position reports directly to Program Manager, or designee. This position supports the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) by providing technical, engineering, integration, training, and sustainment services for the Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS). This role requires technical expertise in TBMCS software, hardware integration, and operational functions across both laboratory and user environments. Will work cross-functionally with program managers, engineers, and government customers who are performing work at Government Customers’ sites to ensure TBMCS readiness, integration with C4I systems, and support for training and testing events.  Position will be required to travel at the Government Customer’s request.  Travel is expected up to 25%.  Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in TBMCS software installation, configuration, and sustainment, including fielding new releases and conducting difference training. Perform interoperability and integration support with multiple fielded C4I systems and associated tactical networks for Marines in garrison and deployed environments. Install, inspect, fault-isolate, and repair TBMCS lab-adaptations and associated systems. Deliver and update courseware, technical training, and difference training for current and future TBMCS releases. Support Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) Air Tasking Order Development courses twice annually, providing both system admin and operator-level instruction and SME support. Support software testing for current and future TBMCS releases by helping validate system requirements and working closely with test engineers. Provide observation and technical support during Government Acceptance Testing (GAT) and Software Sustainment Activity (SSA) Contractor Test events. Conduct analysis of potential system hosting environments to identify robust platforms capable of supporting daily TBMCS operations. Review and validate technical operations and maintenance manuals. Document all lab support and service requests in government-approved systems of record. Ability to work cross-functionally with several departments and prioritize tasks as needed Requirements TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR POSITION - Must be able to obtain or possess a valid US Passport and be physically qualified to support miliary exercises and contingency operations. Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related technical field, preferred 3–5 years of relevant technical experience with C4I/TBMCS systems CompTIA Security+ (required) Cisco certifications (CCNA), preferred Familiarity with Tactical Air Command Center operations, Marine Tactical Air Control Squadron functions, and tactical C4I system employment. Experience supporting system integration, sustainment, and testing in lab and operational environments. Ability to obtain/maintain a valid U.S. passport. Strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills; adaptable to fluid and high-paced environments. Willing to work in a 24x7x365 secured environment, demonstrate intuitive problem-solving skills, and allow for flexible scheduling.
