Description

Job description: We are a San Francisco based plaintiff side law firm seeking motivated, qualified, attorney with no less than three years of experience in civil matters in federal and state court. Experience in all phases of class action mass tort and high end litigation, including written discovery, taking and defending depositions, formulating litigation strategy, legal research, and law & and motion is a plus. Responsibilities will include: • Evaluating new cases • Research any legal facts or issues required for an efficient and effective handling of a case • Draft briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents • Handle hearings and depositions • Identify, select, and prepare expert witnesses as well as critically deconstruct opposing experts • Excellent writing skills/handle complex matters Additional requirement’s 1. Admitted to the California State Bar for no less than 3 years as a practicing attorney 2. In office (with limited remote per month) 3.
