Requirements Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in employment law, and personal injury experience in Texas. Strong knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA, and labor law regulations. Familiarity with personal injury case processes, including demand drafting, settlement negotiations, and litigation support. Proficiency in legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and case management software. Excellent legal writing, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently. Experience with e-discovery, document review, and trial preparation.
