The Orlando Office of Kubicki Draper is looking for an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience, preferably in the areas of bodily injury and/or general liability. Requirements Qualifications: Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury and/or general liability, preferred Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel Must be task orientated.
