Duties • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. • Draft, review, and revise legal documents including demand letters. • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are represented. • Provide legal advice to clients . • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and assist in trial preparation when necessary. • Maintain organized case files and documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations. • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas. Experience • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Admission to the state bar association is required. • Experience in PI cases is preferred but not mandatory. • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate legal concepts clearly. • Prior experience in a legal administrative role is a plus but not required.
