My father passed in March 0f 2025 in, Muncie, Indiana, 47303. He does not have a will. i live out of state. I am on disability. There is about $200,000 between a house, car, savings, checking, insurance policy, stocks, etc. There is a surviving spouse, and with a surviving child between then and I am his son. NO one has filed in court yet. I have the death certificate and need help.

Well-established Atlanta law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant for a newly created role. This individual will provide paralegal and legal administrative support, assisting with civil litigation matters.
