Forager Landscapes has some exciting projects coming up! I am looking for someone who is interested in general landscape installation and maintenance work but especially interested in: -Natural stonework (hardscape patios, pathways and wall construction) -Native plants & invasive species removal (planting and maintenance) for habitat creation and restoration -Fruit tree seasonal care (maintenance, pruning and future harvest & processing) There will be plenty of on-the-job training but it is helpful to have some related experience. QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent (GED). • Vocational or technical training in custodial trades preferred. • At least one (1) year experience in either a public or commercial custodial position preferred. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, administration, and the general public. • Ability to lift, shove, pull, push, and carry objects weighing at least fifty (50) pounds. • Valid Washington State driver’s license preferred. • Demonstrated ability to use good judgment in accessing, prioritizing, scheduling, and completing custodial work. • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent or designee may find appropriate and acceptable. • Ability to work alone and as a team member with the flexibility to work in all areas of the building. The starting pay ranges between $20-21, with pay increases starting after 90 days of employment. On the administrative side of things, you would be managing the front desk, scheduling patients, answering calls and emails, processing payments and working with insurance. On the personal assistant side of things, there is a wide range of possible tasks on any given day. You'll never have the same day twice at the job.
