HVAC Technician (Los Angeles)

We are seeking an HVAC Technician to join our team PT to FT. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical knowledge. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in mostly commercial settings. The HVAC Technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and ensuring that all systems operate efficiently. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, and refrigeration equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct field service calls to assess and resolve customer complaints regarding HVAC systems. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects to ensure proper installation of HVAC systems. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Qualifications: Some experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role with a focus on service technician experience. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC installations. Previous experience in refrigeration is desirable. Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites. Clean background Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Welding skills are advantageous for certain repair tasks.
