Key Responsibilities - Perform routine and preventative house maintenance tasks. - Execute interior and exterior painting projects (touch-ups, full rooms, trim, deck staining/painting, etc.). - Perform minor repairs, including light carpentry, drywall patching, and light spackling/sanding. - Address minor plumbing and electrical issues (e.g., changing fixtures, replacing outlets, fixing drips/leaks). - Complete general handyman tasks as needed (e.g., hanging fixtures, minor door/window repair). - Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and supplies are cared for.
