Trimble Access is a PLUS. • Provide complete and accurate field notes. • FDOT experience is highly desired. • Ability to work well with others. JOB SUMMARY: This position will handle procurement, bidding proposals and submissions, and having constant contract with project owners and prospective subcontractors. Construction estimator is the liaison to the project owner and the primary point of contact for the owner’s consultants during the early phases of the project. Estimators needs are organized, technically proficient in quantity takeoffs, able to think creatively, and love to communicate. A day’s work passes by very quickly as they establish the critical path and scrutinize the small details of a planned project.
