Responsibilities: • Oversee crew leaders and their teams to ensure scheduled work is completed on time. • Collaborate with the Production Manager on job startups, turnovers, and overall progress. • Assign tasks to crew leaders based on site assessments. • Manage time tracking for crews using the Aspire mobile app. • Review daily field reports for accuracy and completeness. • Ensure all safety procedures are followed and incidents are reported immediately. • Support training in proper equipment use and safe practices. • Monitor equipment use and maintenance; make improvement recommendations. • Ensure paperwork and vendor delivery tickets are submitted daily. • Identify add-on sales opportunities and communicate them to the Production Manager. • Help resolve issues and ensure tasks are completed to company standards. • Assist with performance reviews and conflict resolution with crew members. • Oversee enhancements projects, ensuring high-quality execution, proper plant placement, and alignment with client expectations. • Manage irrigation systems, including troubleshooting, scheduling, repairs, and seasonal adjustments to maximize water efficiency. We are looking for a skilled professional who is knowledgeable about and comfortable working with newer semi-trucks. This role requires a comprehensive skill set, as you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: Working on motors and complex engine issues. Diagnosing and repairing emission systems. Servicing and maintaining transmissions. Troubleshooting and fixing electronics. Repairing and maintaining hydraulics. Performing detailed DOT inspections. Completing welding tasks as needed.
