Our job scope ranges from bathroom remodels to second story additions and everything in-between. Job details: Our lead carpenters / site leads are responsible for a job from start to finish, with reading blueprints, managing subcontractors, managing carpenters/laborers, and performing the work. This includes work pertaining to site prep, material ordering, demo, framing, concrete work, interior & exterior trim, setting windows and doors, drywall patching, cabinets, and clean up. Someone in this position needs to have excellent time management, ability to delegate, and have experience managing remodel projects. Our ideal candidate would have their own tools while we have company tools for specialty applications. We do provide a tool repair program. Since we are residential remodelers, a background check will be required upon hire. Working Hours: Full time (40 hours) Monday-Friday, year-round. Commute: Home to jobsite.
