Responsibilities: • Set up and operate manual machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.). • Fabricate and repair parts for pumps, valves, engines, and ship systems. • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. • Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and tolerances. • Follow all shipyard safety standards. Requirements: • 5+ years machining experience (shipyard/marine preferred). • Proficient with manual machining and measuring tools. • Strong blueprint reading skills. • Able to lift 50 lbs. and work in an industrial environment.
