Someone who commands respect both in the office and on the roof. What You’ll Do Prepare accurate estimates across asphalt, tile, cedar, metal, synthetic, and coating systems. Conduct on-site inspections — measure, verify, and assess with zero tolerance for error. Collaborate with project managers and crews to sharpen pricing and lock in schedules. Support insurance estimates (Xactimate experience is a plus). Interpret scopes of work, drawings, and takeoffs with technical precision. Maintain strict estimate records in CRM (Acculynx). Communicate with clients on scope, pricing, and next steps — directly and confidently. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety protocols. Represent ProBuilt Hawaii with professionalism and authority in the field. Requirements Available for inter-island travel. Minimum 3 years in residential roofing (estimating, inspection, or operations). Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials. Experience with estimating tools (Xactimate & Acculynx). Able to read construction drawings and technical documents. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Physically fit to climb ladders and inspect roofs. We are looking for a tire tech/ svc tech. Job entails all tire work, repairs, mounting balancing and tpms sensor installation. Service work will consist of brakes, oil changes, wipers, shocks and other light mechanical as needed.
