We’re seeking a dependable CDL Driver to join our team and handle intrastate deliveries of fabricated steel and related materials. Job Summary: The CDL Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of fabricated steel, raw materials, and equipment to and from job sites and customers within Idaho. This role also assists with loading/unloading materials, securing loads, and supporting shop operations when not on the road. Key Responsibilities: • Safely operate company vehicles (flatbed or similar) for deliveries and pickups within Idaho (intrastate only) • Verify loads for accuracy and ensure proper load securement according to DOT regulations • Maintain accurate delivery logs, inspection reports, and shipping paperwork • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues • Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and fabrication team • Assist in loading/unloading materials using cranes, forklifts, or chains as needed • Follow all company and DOT safety procedures and maintain compliance at all times • Support the fabrication shop and office with general duties as needed Qualifications: • Class A CDL • Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment and periodic drug screenings • Knowledge of load securement for steel, pipe, or construction materials preferred • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in outdoor/yard environments • Experience hauling steel, construction materials, or flatbed loads preferred but not required Schedule & Pay: • Full-time, Monday–Friday Typical hours 7:00a-4:30p but can vary based on business needs. • $25-30/hr, Depending on Experience Benefits: • Medical, dental, 401K, and vacation offered after a qualifying time period.
