All of the clients we serve are in San Diego County. Pay Rate: $24-29 per hour, based on experience. This is a full-time position. Your responsibilities will include: • Performing both interior and exterior painting • Collaborating with experienced foremen to ensure successful project completion • Maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and attention to detail • Participating in occasional company meetings to share insights and feedback • Bringing your expertise to stucco repair, drywall, and other related tasks • Utilizing your knowledge of various painting techniques to achieve exceptional results • Representing the company's values and professionalism in your work Painter Skills and Qualifications: • 3 years of experience in all aspects of painting • Additional skills in drywall, stucco, or carpentry are a plus • Reliable transportation required • 3 work references with phone numbers required (We do call your references.) • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to pass a physical and a background check and be drug free, in compliance with our commitment to a drug-free work environment • Ability to work well independently and within a team • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset • Willingness to uphold our company's values of honesty, respect, and hard work How To Apply: Join our team of dedicated professionals by visiting our office between 7:00am and 9:00am, Monday through Friday, to fill out an application.
