Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Overhead Door Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Overhead Door Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial overhead doors and related equipment. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial overhead doors, including sectional doors, rolling steel doors, and high-speed doors. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with commercial overhead doors and related components. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, adjustment, and replacement of parts. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through efficient and timely completion of projects. Communicate with clients to assess their needs, explain repair options, and provide cost estimates. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and completion of projects within designated timelines. Follow safety procedures and adhere to industry standards while working on commercial overhead door systems. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Overhead Door Technician or in a similar role. Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of commercial overhead doors. Strong knowledge of commercial door operators, springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and other related components. Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems associated with overhead doors. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot door malfunctions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
