Position Summary We are urgently hiring a Lead Gutter Installer to oversee and execute the installation of seamless rain gutter systems. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and project management capabilities. Job details: Our lead carpenters / site leads are responsible for a job from start to finish, with reading blueprints, managing subcontractors, managing carpenters/laborers, and performing the work. This includes work pertaining to site prep, material ordering, demo, framing, concrete work, interior & exterior trim, setting windows and doors, drywall patching, cabinets, and clean up. Someone in this position needs to have excellent time management, ability to delegate, and have experience managing remodel projects.
